2011-March Maple Weekend

幾乎每年紐約州都有舉辦參觀楓糖漿製作的活動，今年舉辦單位的文宣如下，還特強調是免費的喔。Maple Weekend™ is a Family Event 
What better way to spend a day with family and friends at that at the 16th Annual Maple Weekend™ on March 19-20, March 26-27, 2011 from 10am-4pm each day presented by the New York State Maple Producers Association? 

About 110 maple producers across New York will be hosting open houses for the public to see how maple syrup and other related products are made. This family-oriented event is sure to delight visitors of all ages. 

Participants will be boiling sap into maple syrup and many will demonstrate the making of other maple products. Of course, visitors can sample and purchase the maple products. In addition some of the sugarhouses will provide of variety of other activities to make your visit to them even more memorable.

Admission is FREE!

農場的設備都很新，不知是新蓋的或是改建的。




給大家試吃的糖漿，按顏色深淺有3種等級，當然是最深色的最有味道。



這裡的特色是有可愛動物區，駱馬佔絕大多數。



天氣還很冷，但是凸哥就是不要穿外套。
