來參加以前沒去過的划船比賽，地點在過尼加拉大瀑布不遠的welland，不過是在加拿大境內，也算出國，即使是當天來回也是要帶護照通關，一大早6:40am從家裡出發，8:30AM就抵達現場。賽事說明如下
Below is some information about the regatta in Welland. Before I get to that, just wanted to remind the ROWERS that everyone needs to help load the boat trailer at the end of a regatta AND to make sure the garbage is cleaned up and disposed of properly. Also, please try to put the recyclable bottles into the recycling bag - we can turn those in for money that goes to our team!
Some updates for the Welland Regatta in Welland, Canada, May 17 - May 18.
Team Pasta Party will be Friday, May 16 at the Petrosino’s (264 Oakdale Dr.). More info to come (and will also be on the Rower GroupMe).
Regatta Arrival time - please check the lineup info from Coach Ogden - the first races are early and the early rowers should be at the race site between 6:30am-7:00am.
All rowers should plan to be there by 7:30am at the latest.
Address for GPS use is 270 Colborne St., Welland Ontario
There is a parking area along Colborne, and a shuttle bus to the launch site
If possible, the rowers could be dropped off by the boathouse before parking - but follow instructions from those who are working at the regatta
There will NOT be any Hospitality for Welland. Please plan to bring your own food for Welland.
REMINDER for Rowers - if you are attending the Welland regatta, you are expected to help out when you are not on the water. The Coaches and Captains will let you know what/where/how to help.
If you need to leave early, please clear it with your coach.
